Tip: end with the next question (size) to lead into the order flow, not stop at price.

2. Size question

Customer: "I'm 1m6, 50kg, what size?"

Reply: "Size M fits you. This top is freesize on the waist (60-70cm) — share your waist and I'll confirm."

Tip: specific numbers (cm/kg) reassure customers and prevent follow-up questions.

3. In-stock question

Customer: "Do you still have this?"

Reply: "Yes — S/M/L in black and white. Which size and color?"

4. Shipping question

Customer: "Shipping to Da Nang?"

Reply: "30k via GHN, 1-2 days. Orders over 500k ship free."

5. Hesitant customer

Customer: "Let me think about it"

Reply: "Take your time. This is 50k off for the first 20 buyers this week — I'll lock the price for you whenever you decide."

Tip: give a reason to come back (limited offer) without pressuring.
